Booking with Dinosaur Cinema is simple and transparent. Here’s how the process works from first inquiry to final delivery.

1. Explore Our Packages

Browse the Packages page to see the different options available, from Starter Social to Premium and Custom Campaigns. Each package is designed to be clear and scalable, with creative add-ons like heritage film, still photography, and voiceover.

2. Connect With Us

We’ll set up a quick call or email exchange to talk through your project, answer questions, and recommend the best fit. This is a no-pressure conversation to make sure we understand your goals.

3. Reserve Your Date

When you’re ready, we’ll place a hold on your shoot date. To confirm, we’ll send a simple contract and invoice.

  • Deposit: 25% required to reserve

  • Balance due: upon delivery of your final film

4. Production Day

On the shoot day, our team arrives prepared with the right crew, lighting, and gear for your package.

  • A half day is up to 6 hours

  • A full day is up to 10 hours

  • Overtime is available at our hourly rate

If you’ve booked add-ons like heritage film, photography, or voiceover, those services are integrated seamlessly into the day.

5. Delivery & Finalization

After production, we carefully edit and deliver your film according to the package timeline.

  • Starter Social: 3–5 business days

  • Essential: 5–7 business days

  • Core: 7–10 business days

  • Premium: within 2 weeks

  • Custom Campaigns: timeline determined during planning

Heritage film projects may require additional time for lab processing and scanning.

Notes & Terms

• Drone operations depend on weather and airspace restrictions
• Travel, permits, or third-party rentals may be billed separately if required
• Raw footage is not included with base packages (available as an add-on)
• Add-ons must be booked in advance to guarantee availability
• Copyright is retained by Dinosaur Cinema, with clients receiving a lifetime license for their final film
